Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant

No comparison between this and other Mexican food place in town. This place has fantastic food and very hearty portions. Even more shocking? They have the biggest, best hamburgers in all of Pinedale. Burgers are huge. Like 10 different ones to choose from. Would put these burgers against any steakhouse. Very friendly staff too.

WOW. This place is AMAZING. Are you in the mood for Mexican? Don't care, get in the mood, cause this place deserves a spot on one of those television good eats shows. Their service was impeccable, prompt despite being totally full (and in the middle of nowhere). I got the Colorado Burrito and I'm not kidding when I say it was the best burrito I think I've ever eaten. I want to take these wonderful bastards back home with me. My girlfriend got some top notch fajitas too. The Margaritas? Super tasty! Seriously, if your even a little bit hungry, go and be amazed. Your stomach will thank you.

Their carne asada was the best!! Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, the best service. Some of the best food in town. A little pricey but comparable for the area.

We stayed in a hotel down the street the night after the eclipse. Los Cabos was extremely crowded due to so many people leaving the Tetons after the eclipse, but they handled the crowds so well. You could tell the servers were working their tails off to make sure the service was as fast as possible. The service was indeed fast and the food and margaritas were amazing. The portions were large too! I'll be back for sure if I visit Pinedale again.
