LOVE this place! I have been to multiple Los Burritos Tapatios and they NEVER disappoint. I always get the chicken or steak burrito. I don’t know why, but I really like the chicken burrito. I’ve been having them for years now. Always great service, incredible food! A MUST for great food and good price!Recommended dishesBurritos
Good place for quick and tasty tacos. Dine in for chips and salsa, they have 3 diff sauces one of them an avocado salsa. Quick and friendly service. Steak and pork cooked nicely with with crispy edges. A bit much lettuce.
Met a friend here for lunch, and wow. This must be the best Mexican restaurant in Villa Park/Lombard... Everything is super fresh and super flavorful. The steak taco was perfectly tender and juicy. The biggest thing I love is that this place has a LOT of turnover, so the food is always fresh. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a new taco/burrito spot.
We came from Arizona looking for authentic Mexican food this was it. Very delicious! Salsa wasn't spicy, but it was very flavorful. I have a family of 6 and everyone got something different dish, and everyone loved their dish. The waiter was very attentive, awsome customer service.Food: 5/5
I had the most amazing late breakfast down the street from the convention hotel at Los Burritos Tapitios. Prices are reasonable, portions are big, service is fast and friendly. They set the table with free chips and salsa. The salsa is thick and chunky and very hot. Nice way to wake me up! Then they set three different bottles of housemade hot sauces on the table, along with shakers of both red pepper flakes and Mexican oregano. This place is legit! The Huevos con Chorizo $8.99 was huge and incredibly tasty. It came with tortillas, rice & beans, and a side plate heaped with fresh cilantro, diced red onion, and lime slices. I’ve always wanted to try Menudo so I ordered a bowl $9.49 as I figured this was the kind of place to have great menudo. It was HUGE and the broth was heaven. Full disclosure, I try to not be picky but the big chunks of tripe were too much of a texture nightmare for me. Loved all the flavors, and now I’ve tried it, but probably never again. And of course I had to get a bottle of Mexican Coke $2.09 to wash it all down. This was a very fun experience with wonderful food.
I travel for work and always look for good taco joints in every city. Los Burritos Tapatios is near the top of my list. I had chicken tacos, rice, and beans with horchata. The tacos had substantial meat filling and the cilantro and onions were fresh. The beans were smooth without being watery and the rice was authentic. The horchata was good, but I prefer a more cinnamon flavor in mine. They provided 3 salsas on the table, all had good flavor, but none substantial heat. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly, which was good considering the busy lunch rush they were experiencing. I would certainly return the next time I'm in the area.
THE best burrito al pastor around. We always ask for it well done because it gets kind of crispy. You can’t go wrong with the cesina taco, al pastor taco and chile relleno taco. The tortas are good too. We’ve dined in and taken out. Always delicious. Oh and I can’t forget their salsa roja is very spicy but oh so good.
It's my go to place for fast Mexican food. It's not the place for a relaxing experience, too busy for that, but rhe food and people are great!Food: 5/5
