We had lost power steering and Ms. Lindbergh, the manager, helped us determine the correct clamps and fluid to fix the problem. It cost less than $12!
I just want to say that Amanda from Lordco Valemount went above and beyond the call of duty today to help me figure out some issues that I was having with my pick up truck I was having issues with some of my lighting and she took the time out of your day to assist me with finding all the right parts and locating where to put them in the vehicle I would just like to say that I’m not a local as I’ve seen some reviews that state that if you are not a local you will not get the help you need but I must say I certainly got the help I needed and more I will certainly be going back any time that I am in town for the parts that I need thanks again Lordco Valemount you guys are amazing and Amanda
They seem to have your regular Lordco stock and staff member was friendly with locals shopping there. As a stranger, however, I felt like a ghost who the staff looked right through to greet the next two guys that walked in after me. The second time I was standing right at the middle counter when he ignored me to serve another local. Will pass on this location.
Great store, but recently the old manager left I guess. Not quite the same environment in there as it used to be. Customer service was awesome with kale, but seems to had dropped since he left
Stopped here on the way through town to get dust masks for work the next day. I used our company account, but my own personal credit card. Well it turns out I was given 0% of our usual discount and the dustmasks cost nearly double what I'd pay anywhere else. The guy at the till looked me straight in the face saying he applied the discount. TLDR; check your receipt before leaving the store. These people are out for your money.
LORDCO came thru for me it was a bit of a wait I had ordered parts for my truck and a gentleman that was transferring to anouther store had forgot to transfer my parts and they got lost in the shuffle as these parts are hard to come by lordco kale and anna did find and purchase the part for me free of charge Thank you lordco kale and anna And all others at lordco
Like every lordco the service seems to be terribly slow. Had to wait almost 10 min just to pay for a product. Need to hire more staff
Broke down south of Valemount in motorhome with my family on our way back to Alberta. Mark at Lordco helped us alot and got us back on the road! Great parts selection, service and price!
Mark and his team have what you need. If by chance they don't, they'll find it and bring it in for you. Excellent selection of products, plus service that keeps you coming back.
Great selection and great service. Convenient location for big or small vehicles. Would definitely buy here again!
