As a mechanic I used to avoid this place altogether, even though they had the best prices, because of the bad attitudes and wasted time. Over the last year they've built up a really solid staff and turned the place around. Vince and Cameron in particular have gone above and beyond to get me what I needed. Hats off to you guys!

Great people , at least in the Squamish location , went to get an alternator for my Chevy , took it to the mechanic and it turned out it was the wrong one so the mechanic called them and delivered the right one to then and got installed without an issue so the next day I returned the wrong one and had no issues, great service, thank you!!

Hubs loves this place His go to for parts. It's gotten better with the new staff. These guys go the distance, looking stuff up, including RV and boat parts

Good service with quality people, have come here for business for many years. COVID-19 enforcement can be better, an employee at the front desk doesn't often wear his mask. Overall a good place for parts.

Thanks to Craig and staff for getting us back on the road! We were stuck with a ruptured high pressure line, but they had hose ends crimped in no time and we were back on our way in 30 minutes.

I want to truly thank Lordco Squamish, Vince in particular, who I've been dealing with for a faulty blower motor. Which meant I had no heat or defrost in the car, which I unfortunately live out of due to being very sick twice now. He went above and beyond and demonstrated a great attitude and kindness. I now have working heat in my car thanks to Vince. I will not freeze tonight. I pretty much started crying in gratitude. I will continue to be loyal to Lordco for all car parts, advice, knowledge, proactivity. Thank you so incredibly much.
