Howe Sound Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Went in for a recall problem and first thing they suggested was that I get new tires. Whatever, fine (going to get a second opinion on that). Picked up the van and seconds later the tire pressure light goes on. The pressure has continued to drop which means there’s hole. Hmmmmm coincidence???

Let me share a beautiful, & personal, Christmas story with you... Yesterday afternoon I was downtown Squamish, in my amazing new ride (which Jaden has named "Blades" from Transformers Rescue Bots) pulling away from Sea to Sky Community Services when I saw a tiny little old woman (80ish?) bent over, struggling to pull 2 heavy suitcases, with an overloaded & heavy backpack on her back AND a bag of gifts in hand. The wind was HOWLING a COLD December blustery wind & she was fighting with ALL her might against it. She didn't even have a jacket, toque or gloves. My heart!...I slammed on the brakes, rolled down the window & asked her if she wanted a ride. She looked at me with so much gratitude & said yes. I hopped out, took everything off her hands, popped it into the trunk, & helped her up into the passenger seat. She was huffing & puffing & shaking like a leaf. I turned on the heated seat & handed her my gloves. She refused, but I insisted. "I have lots!" I had to keep repeating, before she finally put them on her freezing hands. "Thank you! You are an angel, a gift, a Christmas miracle!", she kept saying to me. "It's ALL been a Christmas miracle...", I replied. She looked at me, puzzled, but didn't ask any questions. I drove her to the bus stop, carried her bags for her & made sure she had a warm(er) safe place to sit & wait. We shared a hug, a very Merry Christmas greeting & I carried on with my day. What a BLESSING that encounter was. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL that I can help others because I have been helped by the amazing team at Howe Sound Chrysler. Seriously. Blessed. Happy holidays everyone. Brought 2016 ram for warranty work. Picked up truck after 2 weeks. Dealership had said all was good. As I drove away problem was still there!!!?? Calls have not been returned. Go to the city... don’t waste your time.

These people truly are the friendliest dealership I've ever been to and they made me feel like part of the family. Would recommend them to ANYONE!
