I transferred my title for a vehicle from out of state there today. It was a very smooth process!! Thanks to Jennifer especially!

Went to renew my passport. Had all necessary paperwork and documents, just needed a photo and processing. They told me their camera had been broken for over a week and I need to go somewhere else to have the photo taken. This is unacceptable.

I went to this facility to ensure a proper passport application process. I was due for a renewal, which included a name change due to marriage. They took my picture, looked over my application and documents. 6 weeks later I received a letter stating my picture was not accepted because it was too small and my marriage certificate was not accepted because it was from a religious organization. So now I risk missing my trip because of their mistake. I had to retake my picture and send a marriage certificate from the courthouse and pay the expedited fee. I went to this place because I assumed an official passport facility would know what they were doing, clearly they do not.

We had excellent service. Katie was very polite and helpful. We appreciated her kind and speedy service.

I understand that some people have bad days, but the way that some of the employees conduct themselves is ABSOLUTELY uncalled for. If you hate your job working with the general public that much, quit. The woman I spoke with today was rude, cold and glared at me the entire time. From the moment I walked through the front door until the time I left she acted as though purchasing my title for my car was the worst possible thing. So completely unprofessional.

I went to the County Clerk of Court in Lorain today to change my auto title from California to Ohio. I worked with the employee Doug. He made the process simple and easy plus he was very cordial. Easy peesy. Thanks Doug.

I renewed my passport with no problems and was in and out of the place in about 15 minutes. I received my new passport, in the mail, about a week or two after I filed.

This office has some employees who are super nice and helpful and than you have others that pick up the phone and hang up about four times in a row!!
