Lorain County Clerk of Courts - Amherst Title and Passport office

The old, dark haired lady with glasses is undoubtedly the rudest and most unpleasant person I've ever encountered. She really shouldn't be aloud to interact with the public and would never make it at a job in the private sector where basic interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Other employees were nice though.
