Long Lake Park & Campground

I have been coming here for 30 years. This place is a shadow of what it once was. They now have security on weeknights, not just weekends. One staff in particular is completely unwilling to compromise, for example, we had an hour to finish our laundry and she locked their laundry room and was unwilling to unlock the door until she was finished "closing the shop". Not sure how much longer campers will need to deal with her though because she has been "close to retirement" for the past few years now. I have personally cleaned up garbage off the beach in the early mornings many times because I love this place. The fishing is always good for us if you want to catch trout and the lake will always be beautiful. My family has been coming to this place for 58+ years, my Grandfather and grand uncles even donated their flag pole to them. I hope everything works out because it would be a shame to see anything bad happen to this place.

Great family camping trip with the kids and family great folks except watch out for one of the older employees she can get a bit testy otherwise great😄😁😊😃

We went here before their normal season starts. Self pay and very peaceful.

Great facilities and staff. Close to Itasca too.

We have reunions here every year. Thank you guys for keeping such a beautiful leisure place
