Story

The Surf Club is available for anyone seeking Surf Lesson, Surf Rental or surf Info. Our local instructors are certified by the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada and personalize the lesson to your level. With Cox Bay Beach right on our doorstep and known world-wide for its quality beach break, why wouldn't you join the Club?

All our lessons are a private customized 2.5 hour lesson which means that you decide the pace and level of instruction. You are also able to decide the number of people in your lesson (maximum of 5 per instructor); arrangements can be made for larger groups. No hassles... it is the most efficient way to get into the water having fun! We help to alleviate the struggles that we all go through learning such a difficult unique sport and we provide all of the equipment you will need, right on-site.

Very nice place with great views, located on a very scenic beach. Didn't stay in a room, was there for a wedding. Wait staff for the most part was excellent. Bar tender wasn't the friendliest.

My husband and I recently got married at the Long Beach Lodge.  The Wedding Coordinating team and customer service representatives were all absolutely fantastic.  Our stay was a dream come true and we highly recommend the lodge for any event and vacation.

Wonderful views of the crashing waves and surfers.  We had the seafood chowder which was amazing and shared the chickpea fries (I know, how the heck do you make fries from chickpeas... but they did!

We had a wonderful stay in one of the Rainforest Cottages. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful! Service was top notch. The buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained. We would highly recommend this resort for a restful, relaxing and stunningly beautiful getaway! It is the best place ever!

We stayed in one of the cabins, they were amazing. Super clean, and had everything you would need. Bring some food and use the kick ass bbq. Staff was friendly and the view from the restaurant was awesome. Highly recommended having dinner there. We'll be back.👍👍👍👍
