I wanted a high-quality roof and had a number of concerns due to my old roof that leaked.  1-800 delivered on all details as promised and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.  Great experience from the initial quoting that used aerial footage to give precise measurements of my roof and pricing through to an extra visit after the job was complete to go through all details.  A great company to trust with one of your home's most important investments.
