London Drugs

This place needs a serious renovation. It operates and looks like it's from the 70s. I've been coming here since the 90s when I was a kid, and nothing really has changed. The customer service is always good. Most of the workers have been working here for many years. Many will know you by name if you're a regular. The downsizing is evident. It's sad to see but that's just the way it is. London Drugs really need to relocate, tear this place apart and rebuild asap.

I love LD. The Staff at this store are really great. Pharmacy staff need some customer service training. Head Pharmacist is a good guy.

Simply the Worst LD outlet. I wasted my time finding parking and entering only to find no insurance services months ago. Now I went in to get a prescription and do a little shopping but after wasting time to register in pharmacy I'm told it will be an hour as they are backed up. Complete waste of my time. So basically no functional pharmacy, no insurance services and the place is in horrible shape in need of a complete makeover. Don't was even your time, go somewhere else.

After putting up with the slow pharmacy department, now they tell me i can't renew my prescription any more because my doctor didn't write that it was good for a year. Funny it says refills expire July 2018 on my previous medication bottle.
