Loftus Family Dental

My teeth have gone from healthy to subpar in the last 4 years of seeing Dr. loftus. His fillings do not last, they are always scamming you to have to come back into the office. Dr. Loftus has forgotten any ethical code of conduct dentists are supposed to adhere to. Please do not come here

I highly recommend this dental office! The staff is amazing. Time after time, I've received exceptional care. I prefer sedation for any treatment I receive, and have opted for it many times, and have always felt very well tended to. Michelle has assisted on my procedures, as well as my daughter's, and she is fabulous! We as a family, are very happy with every visit we've had, whether it was just a cleaning or treatment. Brought both my boys here to be seen and was treated as if I wasn't the parent who needed to know what was going on and was left in the dark. Noone introduced themselves to me, not even the Doctor. Noone talked with me about the procedures or what the visit entailed, noone sat me down to discuss any treatment plan afterwards and I was not at all asked if I had any questions or concerns. I basically had no idea what was going on and when I did ask a question I was ignored. The communication is not at all there and I was left very uncomfortable about ever taking my kids back. Luckily I was able to find somewhere else to continue dental care for my children.

The staff at Loftus Family Dental genuinely care about every customer that walks through their doors. They make you feel welcome, and care about your comfort during the appointment. Thank you for great customer care and service!

Dr. Hazard and Lindsey were very popular polite and professional. They kept me informed about what was happening during my procedure. Everyone at the office is always very friendly. Somehow they always know my name when I walk in!
