This office is awful. Tracey is absolutely absurd and ignorant. I don’t know how she still have a job here. They want to charge me $15 for a missed appointment that I didn’t know I even had. No email or phone confirmation, just a phone call 2 hours before the appointment saying they are going to charge me if I don’t show up. I’m sorry but I work and if I knew I had the appointment I would have been there. They refuse to do phone call confirmations if you have an email which is RIDICULOUS. Next time, don’t book appointments in patients and not tell them and then threaten to charge them $15 for a “missed appointment”

Very good with kids my daughter was in emerg with high fever she is scared of doctors and he made it fun for her saying he was looking for kittens and puppy’s in her ears and she thought it was funny

I would give a better rating if they would answer the phone or at least clear space in the answering machine so I can leave a message.

This office and its staff are hostile towards their patients who are primarily elderly and vulnerable. Dr. Murphy can be indifferent and remiss in her treatment and care. However, the insensitive, depraved and brutish behavior of the receptionists and staff is reprehensible. They ought to be ashamed! My mother had a heart stress test the office booked at the hospital. She had broken both her hips and had limited mobility. When she got to Soldiers Memorial they told her Dr Murphys office had cancelled it! Unbelievable. This is absolutely unacceptable. Incompetent doctor and staff and they will yell at patients instead of being accountable for their mistakes, let alone apologize. Toxic.
