Every single experience is better than the last. The staff are friendly, helpful and sincere. The dentists are knowledgeable and make a point of educating you about your choices. I have never been so comfortable in a medical office.

The staff here was wonderful!! They took the time to explain everything in terms which i could understand and answered all my question's. the tv one the ceiling while getting your teeth done is a bonus!

People here are too social, my first experience was good but every time after that I had 2-3 staff members in the room just being social talking to the doctors while they filled my cavities. I also had a major anxiety attack while getting my cavity filled because I was choking on my spit and the assistant just kept telling me to breathe when I obviously couldn't. long story short they had to completely re do my cavity filling because they were talking and not doing their jobs correctly.

I greatly recommend Orillia Smile Centre! Experienced doctors and friendly staff won my heart after the first visit. I’m thankful for making an affordable dental treatment plan for me.
