I have never been so ignored in my life and feel personally offended. I have no response to repeated emails and phone calls and will have to go the office in person. Is this customer service?

I called Mr. Litwin's office hoping to get some advice regarding taxes on an estate in the US, that my father had left me after he passed away. I thought the process would be rather complicated. Mr. Litwin invited me to come to his office and discuss things in person. He and his Junior Accountant, Ms. Maturo walked me through everything step by step. I felt relieved leaving the office knowing I was in good hands!
