I don't normally write reviews, but this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had my life. My taxes were initially not filed and no one ever alerted me. I had to beg to get calls back and emails responded to, until finally I was ignored. The taxes were then filed incorrectly and now I owe back payment as the whole thing took so long. Avoid at all costs unless you want a massive headache. I would have put 0 stars if I could have.
