Little Tub Bakery

A trip to Tobermory isn’t complete unless we stop a Little Cove Bakery for their butter tarts and cherry cheese danish. Their pastries are flaky and delicious! Thank you! My husband just said ‘that is probably the best one I’ve ever had’ about your cherry cheese danish. We WILL be back!

Absolutely delicious baked goods! Cinnamon roll was just amount of sweetness without over doing it, blueberry Danish was so creamy & lastly had to try their famous butter tarts. I'm from the states, so anyone coming from there it reminds me of a pecan pie but without the pecans. All so good, definitely glad we stopped!

Biggest rip off!! Charged $8 for 2 cups of coffee and the coffee didn't even taste very good. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 mins north to the Foodland and get the same size coffee that tastes better for $2. The pastries weren't even all that much different or better then what you would find at the Foodland. Definitely a rip off!!

Never had a butter tart before, read about this bakery online and all butter tarts from here on will need to meet the standard set here along with the phenomenal Portuguese custard tart that was out of this world. Thank you for being open for these special treats on our vacation. Coffee was also excellent and they had a homemade turkey pot pie that we were eyeing up for dinner but made the mistake of not getting while we were there and missed out.

A great coffee shop to start your morning right. Tried the sausage roll, strawberry rhubarb pastry and the egg salad croissant sandwich. Everything was delicious. The staff were kind and pleasant.
