ABOUT AND-ROD

Jose Andino Rodriguez, owner of AND-ROD Contracting North, is originally from the Kitchener/Waterloo area and is a second generation builder. He grew up in the construction field, working along side his father in the GTA until moving to Tobermory & starting his family there in 2006.
Specializing in structural framing, custom homes and renovations of period homes, he has worked on Parks Canada Projects and has done several commercial builds. He has also built creative homes and decks around the North Bruce Peninsula including along the Niagara Escarpment and on the waters of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron.
As a family man, Jose understands the importance of living spaces. He treats each job as though it was being built for himself and takes the utmost pride in all of his work.

Our structural work is always done with due diligence because the structure of an internal wall is just as important to us as what finishes them.

AND-ROD Contracting creates unique and appealing single and multi layered deck structures which blend beautifully into the surrounding environment. We use only the finest wood materials and are experienced with composite materials as well. Where possible, especially cliff sides, anchoring to bedrock is our preferred method for a solid structure.
