Little Lake Pharmacy Remedy'sRx

I have been going to Little Lake Pharmacy, specifically to see Charles, for a number of years now. I use him for one-off prescriptions and now recently for my long-term medication... He is quick when filling my prescriptions and makes it very easy for me to pick up, even when I give little notice. I feel comfortable under his care because he takes the time to speak with me when I have more time - very respectful. Most importantly, Charles is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure that I understand each of my medications, and have no additional questions before leaving. Highest degree of service - I will continue to use him for years to come!

Charles takes care of all my prescription needs. He is the most helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist I have had the pleasure to know. Another plus: Remedy Rx which is a small pharmacy chain, is listed as one of Canada’s Top 400 fast growing companies according to the Globe and Mail Report on Business. Well done , Charles.

well, surprising negative comment. I have had absolutely excellent customer service since the pharmacy opened and I travel 40 minutes to Barrie. Charles takes care of everything for me in quick time too, I will sometimes take 2 minutes to call ahead. Highly Recommend.

My husband and myself needed the high dose Flu vaccine as we are in our 70s. Raymond at nearby ProCare Pharmacy recommended Little Lake pharmacy . Injections were quick and pain free .We will be back next year for sure.

Charles is the most knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist I’ve yet to encounter! He takes the time to learn patients’ names and is thorough when explaining information. Highly recommend.
