HERE'S A SECRET. Get the STUFFED CRUST pizza's. the sough they use is different, and is so soft and yummy. Sauce is delicious, toppings are plentiful, and cheese is gooey. The customer service is top tier too. ordered a medium cheese pizza, worker turned around and gave me one from the warmer that has the ones inside waiting for pick-up. driest pizza I've ever had, was probably sitting in there for hours should have eaten the cardboard box and it would have been better.

They couldn't deliver the order due to no drivers. I called the store, the guy on the phone told me my order had been refunded. Not sure what's going on but its now been three weeks and I haven't had a refund, called the store to explain. I was then told I'd be called back by the manager. It's been a week since then, called again today and I was told the same thing. Completely useless. Thanks for stealing my 30 bucks! Avoid. Aftr boycotting LC for yrs decided to give it a go again n LC didnt disappoint with their semi stale crazy bread ready 2 go. LC dollar store pizza Has my vote for worst piza chain n an extra shout out to the seymour location.

One of my first jobs was at a Little Caesars. Stepping into this place brings memories. Ordered online and came a couple minutes before the scheduled pickup. They were just finishing up my order exact to the time they said it would be ready. We were feeding 7 young teens so I was worried I didn't have enough food. They had ready to go pizzas which made the pickup quick. Pizzas were a hit as were the crazy bread some other reviewers complained about burnt cheese, not the case here. We had a couple of the quattro deep dish pizzas and crazy breads and everything was made just right.

Worse pizza ever cheap on cheese , toppings very bad quality ! What a waste.

Many a times I get overcooked pizza with burnt cheese. Last week I specifically asked for a fresh pizza and that it should not be overcooked. Waited 15 min didn't check it expecting they will get it right this time. Got home and of course what do I find another over cooked pizza with burnt cheese. Called to complain had a lady manager on phone. Instead of apologizing she lectured me me abt how I shud place an order. Horrible attitude. Never again will I be ordering pizza frm this location. The owner the guy is a very polite and friendly person but not the lady. Horrible attitude.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He just throw the mechine in front of me to pay. Terrible!!

Has always been good food, fast service and particularly, good value. Not just for their hot and ready specials like their well known "$5 medium pepperoni", but even their regular price menu was well priced for what you got when compared to other pizza chains and standalone shops. This made me a regular customer. As a father and baseball coach, I regularly gave my business to them feeding my kids or for team events. Unfortunately, this recently changed significantly on the affordability and value front. Inflation may be a fact of life, and I understand profit margin can be tight, but they have recently jacked up the prices in a way that comes off as gouging, and is not in line with the product. It feels exactly like those airlines that scam you with all the extra fees, on top of charging unreasonable rates for every little thing. For example, classifying many staple toppings as now "premium toppings" for which you will pay $3 extra per topping... For HAM! I am not going to list all the changes I encountered recently, but I will say that if you decide to overcharge people to the level of some of these trendy pizza places that think they are serving high cuisine.... You can't continue to make your product on a strict minimalist cost system, or the franchise will die quickly. If not for the goodwill and friendly owner, this would be 2 stars now.

My buddy's and I ordered a pizza. Of course we picked it up and it was really good and we even called them to say it was great! But when the guy answered he told us to stop lying and that we had 10 minutes to come and pick up our pizza. We kept telling him we had already picked it up and even got 5 witnesses on the phone. He still didn't be live us and threatened to call the cops on us! We went to the place to explain to the employees but they really didnt care that one of their co workers had called the cops on us! Terrible customer service!
