Little Caesars Pizza

Many issues over the past few months, many items credited back to resolve complaint issues but this last order was the WORST! Confirmation email at 5:36 pm, delivery finally at 7:21. Doordash driver was at the store, messaging me because it was taking SO long, asked me to call the store to see when order would be ready, so I did and it still took over 20 mins to get to my house. I live approx 2 min drive from store!!! Order was barely warm enough to eat when it got here and the driver came straight here from the store. He had messaged me that the order was finally ready yet for some unknown reason the staff was not giving it to him. Utterly ridiculous, our order was $150+ and a manager from the store has not returned my call in more than 24 hrs. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE all around and pretty obvious they DO NOT WANT REPEAT business. We usually order at least 2 - 4 times a month but not likely going to be ordering again any time soon. Pic is 1 of 7 pizzas we ordered, only received 6 AND the toppings were a pathetic attempt to assemble a pizza, 2 other pizzas were just this bad also.

The food is good, the staff are always pleasent, however they are always understaffed so much so that we tried to call in an order we were asked to call back because they were so backed up... I feel for the staff here, so I never have a problem calling in my hot and ready order.... they need to support the workers better... schedule more staff at peak times and have hot and ready available during these times 9 out of 10 times they have nothing ready to go.

My first and last worst experience ever. Firstly they gave me wrong pizza without even check that. I came back to store to get my right order. First time I have seen a really rude staff ever. Nobody even apologise me for their negligence either they make me to wait for another half an hour for my order. Even after waiting for long time I didn’t get anything in my hand. They even don’t cares about customers and didn’t offer me anything except giving me a weird look. I would strongly recommend people don’t go to this store. They even don’t deserve a single star for rating

I had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars pizza Tillsonburg . First I was given the wrong pizza and had to return to get it corrected. When I went back, no one even apologized for the mistake, and to make things worse, I had to wait another 20-25 minutes with no communication or update. In the end, I didn’t get any food and only received a refund. I left empty-handed and frustrated. Extremely poor customer service—I won’t be returning anytime soon.nnWaste my time and Gas. They don’t deserve even one star ….

I have had a bad experience every single time I've been here. Always young teenage kids left to themselves who don't know what they're doing. Not to mention long wait times when there basically no one there. If you are in a hurry looking to grab what should be a quick meal...don't come here.
