Little Caesars Pizza

I took my pizza out of the portal and immediately saw that it wasn't made correctly. I told the cashier. She mentioned to someone in the back, and she stormed out of the back. She told the cashier to put the unopened and untouched bag of bread sticks in a warmer until the pizza was remade. I informed her that I'd prefer to have a fresh batch of sticks with my pizza, and she just lost it. Nothing but elevated rudeness and ignorance from her from that point on.I will never order from there as long as she's working there.

I work food delivery in this area and i have to come to this location multiple times a day and I can say this is the absolute worst Little Ceasars in Southeast Michigan. It is completely mismanaged. It's almost impossible to get any help here. Its common to walk in and have the staff completely ignore you for 15 plus minutes.There's hardly ever anyone at the front desk. The rare times someone is up there they are completely and totally rude and unhelpful. I've seen 2 different "managers" yelling at customers. One of them decided he was going to yell at all the customers in the store most of them had all been waiting well over 20 minutes They constantly have excuses for why the place is in a perpetual meltdown and shout them out to any customers willing to listen. There's zero professionalism here. They constantly give people wrong orders or burnt orders and they are always completely rude when customers want a refund instead of waiting another 40 minutes. The owner needs to step up and do something. They need an entire new staff here including all new managers. The entire place is a breeding ground of negativity and incompetence. None of those people want to be there and it shows. Until they make some serious changes I would recommend anyone ordering little Ceasars pick a different location. You might have to drive a couple extra miles but your going to have a better experience, have better food quality, and you will most likely get your food and get home quicker. If you are a gig driver I would recommend passing on accepting any orders from this store during peak times or be prepared for a super frustrating experience

horrible customer experience. Five people in the line waiting for a 10 minutes while she is ignoring to service us and talking on the phone and leave a message to her boss then she doesn’t want to work this day or that day or other day. when I have enough of her nasty attitude, I ask her but lately, if we can get some service in here and she told me she is busy and she is training and if I don’t want to wait when she will be available, I can go somewhere else! And that’s exactly what I did. I’ll give my business somewhere else. I noticed that there’s a lot of other customer I’m assuming complaining about the same person if I would be the owner of this place, I would fire her immediately

Worst Little Caesars anywhere, was there 25 minutes and was never waited on. One person working and a person in training. I'm guessing on that, watched him spend 15 minutes putting an order of bread sticks in a bag. Saddest thing I ever saw, I've seen sloth's move faster. Left and went to Mc Donald's. Not the first time this has happened. Most of the time it's closed. I've gone there at least 10 times and only got a pizza once, went looking for another little Caesars yesterday and found one in Wixom 4 miles away. Never going back to this one again.

The family team dynamic is refreshing when you come to this location. The pizza is always fresh and hot with customer service that is unmatched. I don’t live nearby but when I am able to stop here this is always my go to lil Caesar’s location!

The manager handed me burned pizza!!! I ordered an advanced one hour earlier they kept me another 20 minutes waiting for my pizza I asked one of the workers when my pizzas going to be ready she goes to me I don’t know , I asked for the manager I told him he was to meet me track he goes for another 10 minutes to check on my pizza. I’m very disappointed

What happen to the hot and ready? I have been here 3 weeks in a row now before my child’s sporting event and not once have they had a hot and ready, ready. I even called ahead and they didn’t have it ready.

Worst little caesars around. They'll claim to be open but are closed almost all the time. I ordered online, they took my money, got There and the lights were off, door locked, yet the open sign was lit up. I dont know what's going on with this specific establishment but it's completely gown down hill. I'll stick to driving further to the one at Benstein and Glengary. Also, last time I got pizza from this location I got sick. Pretty sure it was food poisoning. Anyway, pretty disappointing.

Avoid this location. They never have enough staff. I’ve never seen the same staff twice. I would say I successfully walk away with food only 60% of the time I order from here. Don’t waste your time.

Every time I come here it’s not open . Signs says open at 11 never is . And they are always mean about opening late . Or blaming manager. I don’t get it , atleast be nice .
