I get this chipotle every day. It's really nice. Always a decent amount of people behind the counter working on getting things out on time. And the food is great too, no complaints. Thanks guys!

Love Chipotle but do NOT go to the Novi, MI location. You'll end up waiting 30-45 minutes longer than your promised online order time no matter the time of the day. I don't know what the issue is here, but I'd avoid this location.

One of the better locations. Obnoxious waits for online orders is due to lack of staff which I believe is an upper management issue so I'll leave that out of this review. The people that actually show up at this location make consistently great food. I'd rather have them take their time and wait a little longer for good food!

They got the entire order of a salad and burrito bowl completely wrong. Every single item, no salsa, no lettuce, wrong protein, wrong rice. Unbelievably disappointing experience. First and last time ordering with this Chipotle. If you order here, please make sure you check your entree before departing this establishment. Terrible!
