Found a freaking piece of glass inside one of their slices. I am they are lucky it didnt cut me and I noticed before swallowing it.nWon't ever buy from them again, that's for sure!
I will not be back to this Little Ceasers because of a petty mistake they made. I have been ordering pizzas from here all week as I work with immigrant and refugee kids and we were ending our programs with pizza parties. We try our best as a non profit to provide special treats for the students on occasion that may otherwise not experience it often or ever. Not only did I spend hundreds of dollars at this location in 4 days, my colleagues also spent hundreds at different locations around the city. The staff the first three days were so kind and very easy to work with, however, yesterday the lady was cold and rude. I went and picked up the 6 pizzas I ordered and asked for some napkins as I had run out of my own which I used all week. She gave me a small bunch and then I nicely asked for more. She gave me a smaller bunch and said “only two per pizza”. First of all that’s so ridiculous as an employee to care that much about the napkin ratio. I was about to feed 30 kids pizzas and was just looking for something they could eat on. But it was also just rude and enough for us not to come back. It’s unfortunate that she couldn’t end that transaction in a positive way. Instead she just ruined it. My organization will not go back to this location.
The atmosphere in this place is just awful, as is the service. The people at the cash register taking orders don’t know English, and their speech was rude. When we tried to order two pizzas with coupons, we wanted to know: “Can we choose only one type of pizza, or can we get one with pepperoni and one with cheese?” She said we couldn’t, but in the end, we got two pizzas of different types, and the whole conversation felt like we were the stupid ones, while she was the smartest person in the world. She even pointed her finger at us, which is bad manners and unacceptable in public, especially when you represent the company.nnIt were 2024-09-27. Evening.
As far as Little Caesars go, this one is at the bottom of the barrel. The pizzas are a weird mix of very dry and somewhat over cooked, salty as the sea and very unappetizing. The way the staff handle the food, it's actually nauseating to watch. No respect like they are working with food for human consumption. It's more like just getting through their workday with the minimal effort. I was so taken aback by how bad the pizza was that I threw in the garbage and did not feed my kids. Had to go out in the cold to buy another takeout for them because they were crying.
This Little Ceasers is terrible. West hills is x10000 better. The pizza and crazy bread were not fresh. The crust was hard and the cheese was solid. Such a waste.
