The work environment is gross they have black mold around food they have roaches and grasshoppers all out through the store found a fly in food no employees have anything nice to say about management they are treated poorly place needs shut down or someone that can actually run the storeFood: 1/5

Did online order for pickup of pizza and Italian cheese bread. Placed order, drove 10 minutes ...had to wait maybe 5 minutes for order to be ready. The Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizza and the Italian Cheese bread were great. Plenty of pepperoni and plenty of cheese. Hot pizza and ICB.. Great dinner after a busy day. Online ordering is simple and easy.

It's little Caesars. It's not some brick oven pizzeria. But for the price it's pretty solid. The sausage is better than the pepperoni and this store in get really busy but the staff is quick.Food: 3/5

I was hurt at this place by rob so be careful he will say I have fake money then he will rob you then assault you threaten you make you pay $60 for a $30eal then try to take your food tooFood: 5/5

This place has become a joke. The pizza is never fresh it looks horrible most times I have went there. Service is absolutely horrible not only do you wait in line but when you get to the window they are rude and short with the customer.Food: 2/5

Waited in line forever then went in and the employees and manager kept looking at me and not coming over to take my order then when they did very rude and gave me a pizza that wasn’t even cut

I would like to say after a long day of thinking about little Caesar for dinner I am highly disappointed. This is not the Little Caesars I use to know and love. From the start I was waiting in line and when I read hot and ready pizza I want my pizza hot and ready. There was nothing speedy about this line. As time went by I started thinking that maybe it was a bad idea to have chosen my not so beloved Little Caesars for dinner. Honestly, McDonald’s for the second night in a row would have been MUCH better. Once I got my food I was appalled by how soggy the bottom of the cardboard box was. It left a puddle of water on the table after only setting it down for a minute. You could only imagine what the pizza was like with a box like that. Save your money and time. Go somewhere you know you can rely on.

Pizza was burnt. When I tried to call to explain the issue they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up without saying anything.

In advance I want to say that I'm not a huge fan of Little Caesars. That being said I was picking up for other people. I walked in and the manager was bringing someone's order to their car. She was right back in taking my order which was basic but was hot and ready just like the sign says. The lobby was clean and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I sit for 50 minutes waiting on my food Little Caesars London ky. after I was asked to pull forward I watched all the cars around me disappear and then another round of cars come and go. When I go in they have no idea what my order was. The cashier told the manager i was the 6th person to do so. I do appreciate the manager on duty giving me a refund on 2 order of wings because they only had one, and then proceed to give me the one order for free. It took me a hour to get 2 pepperoni pizza, 2 bread, 2 cheese dip and the free order of wings. I know they are busy but they shouldn't forget peoples order. They couldn't find my order and asked me 4 or 5 times what I ordered before they got it together for me. Very poor management. For what it's worth, Papa John's is only a couple dollars more and tastes so much better.
