Cito Pizza

That is the size of a normal medium pizza and it is seriously one of the best gluten free pizzas I've ever had and I make a pretty great 1 myself so that's a huge compliment. Also the chicken wings are fantastic and their natural state only has a marinade and then you use your own dipping sauce. Again fantastic tons of flavor very gluten free and not over nor under cooked. Counter staff happy and very well trained. Next time I'm in town I will be back.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called from Toronto to send a nice gesture to my family in London and Cito’s Pizza went above and beyond. They were able to take my payment over the phone after placing an order online. The woman on the phone was so helpful, positive and delightful to deal with. They went above and beyond to make a message on the pizza and deliver the food hot fresh and on time. I received a follow up text, picture and receipt for my order and they even provided a cutter so the message wouldn’t get lost. My family was sick and you made their day and mine for doing a small but impactful gesture. The small kids loved the pizza so much they ate in within minutes. Would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to try it out in person the next time we’re in town. Thank you for going above and beyond especially during these difficult times.

Hands Down one of the best Pizza place in London, Yestarday night I order the pizza from this place, less than 15-20 minutes my order was ready. Excellent customer service. I'm not usually one who likes to write reviews but, I Have tried 20 different pizza places in london and this place has blown my mind. Perfect amount of cheese fully covered, good amount of toppings, perfectly cooked and specially good price not overly expensive like other places, good and affordable deals. Definitely going to be my all time place to order.

Normally we order for pick up and it’s great! Today we tried delivery and won’t be doing it again. We placed our order at 5:52 and it didn’t arrive till after 7:30. Our pizza was cold. We had to call the store and ask for the status of our order - the girl on the phone was very nice! Worth picking up but do not order for delivery.

I have gone here 3 times this week. It's great pizza. The crust is amazing, it has the right amount of cheese sauce and toppings. Friendly staff and good service I will be back. I would like to see plain cheese slices tho. But over all 5stars. Do you have any gluten free options.Food: 5/5

I'm a little disappointed with the service last visit. When I went to pick up my pizza they sent me out the door without the wings from the combo I ordered. After showing the receipt on the phone that it should come with wings: I felt like they thought I was scamming them as they had to find their paper copy that indicated I did buy wings which is what my phone receipt said anyways. Then I had to wait for them to cook the wings while my pizza went cold. No form of apology. All this happened while I'm standing there with my 6 year old kid. Hard to give an honest food review on cold pizza, and poor service.

Only once did a kid screw up. Haven't seen him since. Food is fresh. Pizza and wings are great. Get the large. Panzerottis are massive. Get the 14". Delivery is always fast and hot. Better than most.Food: 5/5

Although I leave in Toronto This is the best pizza I have ever had in Canada. I am a professional eater so believe me this was the most delicious juicy crispy pizza I've ever ate. Highly recommended. Will be back there for sure

We ordered two pizzas. One was supposed to be thin crust, with mushrooms as one of the toppings. After eating two slices without tasting any mushroom, she peeled back the cheese and saw two little scraps of mushroom on a slice. We also asked for garlic and chili pepper flakes and was told they were on the pizzas. We definitely did not notice at all. I though I tasted smoke flavour too.
