Fairgrounds Pizza

Such a lovely experience and ambience! Seating for 200 people! Busy restaurant for good reason so please be patient. Armir was such a busy yet kind, friendly & attentive waiter. His service was great. The food was amazing and me and my friend stayed for over 2 hours on a Wednesday evening! Definitely worth visiting.

Pizza’s were pretty nice, but not worth the price. I ordered a Las Reina £14.45 and a Pesto £14.95. The dishes were smaller than expected for the price. Service was ok but slow. The interior of the restaurant is nice. Ingredients kept falling off of my pizza.

I had never been to Pizza Express before, as its name implies they value speedy service over quality food, but I was hungry and in the neighbourhood so in I went. Very pleasantly surprised! One of the better vegan pizzas I’ve had and love that they have an entire separate vegan menu

I loved this restaurant. It is very well located, quite big so there were many tables available. The staff was very friendly. The menu had many different options, including vegetarian and vegan options. Also, all pizzas were available gluten free, which made it paradise for my sister in law. I would definitely go again! The primary reason I like eating out is cause of the experience and when the staff welcomes you and serves you with immense happiness it just makes your day! I had to catch a film at BFI and to grab something in like 20 mins seems impossible right? But shoutout to Vera at Pizza Express who made it possible. I had garlic dough balls Passionfruit lemonade Vegan Padana Caramelised onion in a pizza- well bring it on baby Amazing experience and the seating was so spacious. Not once Vera, said it was impossible and she just brought everything. Very kind enough to pack the leftover too and yeeee I was in n out in like 20 mins. Will definitely recommend!

Food is good, the environment is decent but I have to say the staff management is really bad and lack of staff members. My boyfriend and I came here yesterday around lunchtime. after we were seated and served with tap water, no waiter afterwards at all. We waited for almost 15-20 mins to be able to order the food, after I came and asked the staff to come to my table and take orders. Then at least 20mins more to get the food, after I asked the waiter how long more shall we wait. I really don't understand why it took such a long time since the restaurant wasn't very busy or crowded at that time. Anyway, apart from the long waiting time, everything is fine.

Good pizza for UK standard we had the classic version, dough balls as appetizer with the 3 butter, green and red pesto dips: quite nice. Didn't get dessert but the espresso coffee was Italian style. I drank the classic Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer, my partner had a decent G&T. A bit disappointing that they don't have any beer on tap, only bottles. Very good choice to bring a proper pizza cutter. Service a bit slow considering it was a Sunday afternoon, there were 4/5 waiting staff and the whole time were there most tables were empty. £52 in 2. Overall a nice experience.

Lovely staff and good service. Food came out extremely quickly. My companion and I both felt it could’ve done with a few extra minutes in the oven.

We entered nearly an hour before our booked time to see if, by chance there was a table for four available and were immediately seated with a smile, even though the restaurant was very busy. Our waiter was friendly and funny and made jokes with our children. An extremely pleasant dining experience. My pizza wasn't very hot, but was still delicious and we would definitely return.

Very good location and the restaurant is very clean and the waiters are very hospitable and attentive to the order. They were very good with recommendations. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit this restaurant again.
