Raw dough isn’t what I expected when I ordered 2 cheese stuffed crazy bread. Glad I spotted it before anyone ate it. Can’t even get ahold of the store to have replaced!
Had an especially good deep dish supreme pizza the other day. Great mix of flavors and plenty of toppings. Ready in 10 minutes. Great price too. Have paid $5 more for the same exact item in other communities which really urks me! Staff was very pleasant too. A+!
Tried the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza at Little Caesars in Fulton, after a long day at work. The first pizza had some uncooked dough, my second try I mentioned what happened and the crew gladly pushed my pizza back into the oven to ensure the dough was cooked. I liked the taste of the first pizza better, except the raw dough parts. The second pizza, although cooked longer at my request, tasted a bit more cooked. If there is a happy medium… the pizza would be perfect for me. My pouches didn’t have one complaint for either pizza. All paws UP for Pizza Pizza!
So nasty and dirty staff is nasty to customers rude cannot get orders correct wait time is 45 mins or longer pizza is under cooked mangerment sucks never returning
Always slow, employees could care less and food half the time looks like it's been sitting all day.
We bought a plain cheese pizza and when we got it home it didn't look too bad but when we took a bite of it, it was awful! Definitely been sitting out for a few hours. Do NOT get the premade cheese if you can help it!!!
Pizza was good but the wait was long because they had only one person working between lunch and dinner time.
This was the second 1 i had them remake because there was raw dough in the first cheese bread & it's still raw NOT A FAN & WILL NEVER BE BACK
We ordered pizza online june 6 2021. They cancelled order because they said they were closing early. Said 3 to 5 business days money would be refunded it wasn't. Called they said wait 10 days. Money not refunded called again today money still not refunded. Was told mngr out for health reasons. $25 might not be much to some people but it is to us. Want our $$$$$$$$
Let me start off by saying the "2 stars" is given solely for the complete lack of quality control and customer service. If it were not for the price, I'd be hard pressed to give this location a single star. Q/C issues; the quality of the product has taken a nosedive. The main issue is overcooked/ burnt pizzas, it's not hit or miss either, I'd say close to 90% of the pizzas/bread sticks I've gotten were way over cooked. This has been an issue at this location for at least the past 2 years, probably longer. Customer service; what's that? I wish I were kidding, it has gotten really bad. It's not all of the employees not even a majority. But there are a few bad apples working there. Outside of my rating, is either a company-wide policy, a franchise policy or just poor customer service. Because I don't know what factor is at fault for my biggest issue with this location, I did NOT factor this into the "2 star rating". They had a $6 extra pepperoni and cheese deal. Ceasars in my personal opinion uses way too much sauce. I had asked for 3 of them with light sauce. I was told they'd be almost $12 each, the reason given was "company policy"... They would make me 3 fresh $6 pies as is, but if I wanted LESS sauce I'd have to pay "full price". This makes absolutely zero sense, I truly chalk it up to poor customer service. I ended going to dominoes told them what had happened and was given 3 large extra cheese, extra pepperoni and light sauce for $5.99 each. TLDR; Poor product and poor customer service!
