Today my pizza came quick and . I've only had 1 issue with domino's pizza, and I've used them since 2009.
Love the food here. Fresh and delicious. They are also really quick getting it made and baked.
The app glitched and I got charged about double my order. Contacted customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do--that is why I rate one star. The pizza is always great though, so is the crew in the store. They deserve five stars.
the web site never works right and thay mess up my pizza every time i’m done with dominoes all of them not just the one in Fulton
Really everything has been good but we have tried the ranch sauce a few times and its so dry and tasteless..please more sauce
Always been a go to but I ordered 2 of the 12 piece BBQ specialty chickens. In both boxes all the chicken pieces was cut in half. When I called and asked I was told they have always been cut in half.
Love the Italian subs,wings and of course the pizza.
At first I was skeptical about using the Dominoes Pizza APP with it being my first time on it, but it really works very well for ordering and being able to track my order was awesome. I've never been able to do that before I really enjoyed knowing for sure when my food was on it's way. Thank you Dominos for having an awesome APP and delivering such awesome products. A job well done!!
Domino's is of course my favorite of all the chain pizza joints. Yeah they may not have 72 crust flavoring options, but at least you can taste their's instead of just tasting fluffy cardboard. And don't get me started on the stuffed cheesy bread. Even the spinach and feta is good. Moderately priced, my only regret, they don't offer stuffed crust pizza. If I could get stuffed crust domino's, I'd never eat anywhere else!
Wont get any more of my money. Placed an order via the app. Was waiting in the parking lot to pickup order and received a notification from the app that my order was ready, and to proceed to the door where a team member would meet me with my order. Got to the door and it was locked. No big deal. Tapped on the door and associates just ignored it. Ok, maybe I’m at the wrong door. Walked to the side door where i saw an employee and asked if that was the door I am supposed to pickup at. He angrily ordered me to “go back to your car. Someone will bring it out when it’s ready. You order isn’t ready yet”. I try to explain that I did not select the curbside delivery and did not provide vehicle info, and, that the app just told me the order was ready for pick and instructed me to come to the door. He angrily tells me “go back to your car. Our lobby is permanently closed”. Well, I didnt say anything about a lobby and advised this kind man that it was their app giving these instructions so there ain’t no reason to be a jerk about it. He angrily advised “we don’t have anything to do with that app”. Well, you don’t have anything to do with this customer anymore either so I guess that solves your problem.
