Great British food. We normally go during breakfast time. We absolutely love their pudding and sausages. This time, we went during trivia night, questions were tough but was fun to follow while dining. Dinner was delicious. Their gravy was savoury - one of the best I’ve had in awhile.

Just what was needed on a cold winter's evening: Guinness stout, roast beef and Yorkshire pud. Yum! The only thing that could have been better was homemade gravy, but all and all it hit the spot. Took a sticky toffee pudding back to the hotel as I had to wait for room. The waiting staff was absolutely lovely and she clearly enjoys her work. Glad to have discovered this place.
We visited Lionheart Pub on trivia night, for a company team event - and we had a blast. The staff were so kind, the bangers & mash were delicious HUGE portions!, and the atmosphere was so fun and inviting. They even put signs up on the screens welcoming our company, and wishing another guest there a Happy 60th Birthday. You can tell that they take great pride and care into making trivia nights a great time, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back in the future and would 100% recommend to others for a fun night out.
Takeout: Ordered takeout from here using Uber Eats. Food arrived packaged well. Guinness Burger was very delicious. Sweet potato fries were yummy. Definitely recommend it. Dine in: We had a great dining experience at Lionheart. We went there for Trivia Tuesday. It was so much fun! Would definitely recommend for trivia lovers. They had 8 categories. Rules were easy to follow. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Loved the food as well. Coconut shrimp and chicken Thai bites seemed to have similar sauce, very tasty. Visited the Lionheart British Pub this month for an evening out with friends and coworkers we hadn’t seen in ages. We had a group of 13 and Adam and his staff did a terrific job making a sociable and intimate space for us. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly and did very well serving the group. They managed us so well that we were all able to eat at the same time despite arriving at different times. The drink and food menus were varied and plentiful and there was something for everyone. We will definitely be back for our next get together. Thank you!
I had consistently gone to this pub throughout the years and have always been impressed by their service and menu, lots of great food options and always tasted great. My last experience was eye opening and I won't be ordering from again anytime soon. While the salad was good but buffalo chicken wrapped did not taste like buffalo...the wrap looked and tasted like it was made with chicken nuggets and ketchup, very soggy and frankly could have made a better wrap myself. I was pretty shocked that the food has gone so downhill, I guess the last time I had ate there was closer to when the pandemic had started.
Love this neighbourhood pub! We held a special event here for our group of 30+ and Adam and his crew went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. They had custom tent cards, printed menus and welcome screen to greet us. Everything was a smashing success thanks to their attention to all the details. Food was delicious. I loved the fish and chips and the salad was extremely tasty! Thanks and we will be back!
We were in need of a reservation for a large party of twenty five people. Adam was quick to respond to my questions and requests and offered us several different options and suggestions. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. The menu offers something for everyone, even picky eaters can find something they will enjoy! I highly recommend the fish and chips, delicious!! Thank you to Adam and all of the staff members, we will see you all again soon!! Cheers!
