Replacing 4 of the 5 air handlers that had failed in a 3 story senior residence, fielding questions from the residents, and even fabrication of a last minute ductwork part Wayne and his crew are just part of the team that LINS has assembled to make sure my project was completed on time and no call backs. I just had my air conditioner cleaned, I'm feeling pretty sheepish that I didn't do this sooner. Scott suggested a couple of things to improve the air flow and ways to keep the unit cleaner. I love working with Lins, they are always so accommodating and they do really great work. I would highly recommend Lins for any heating and cooling work. One more thing, I always look forward to speaking with Julie when I call for an appointment.

Extremely disappointed. I have used Lins for nearly seven years. But now I've spent two months trying pretty diligently to get a new smart thermostat from them. I've called about weekly, talked at least three times to employees and left a message, actually GOT a message from Marc about options and returned his call within 10 minutes (to no avail), and sent two emails. Nothing. I finally went to a competitor, had a lovely conversation about options on my first call, and within two days had my new thermostat. I won't be calling Lins again.

We have used Lins for years both new installations and repairs. Once again, our latest service call was speedy, professional and done right.
