Refreshing to get such excellent service. From the moment I first brought my vehicle to them on a Saturday until picking it up they were friendly, empathetic and transparent. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Absolutely wonderful service here. I've never seen such great customer service AFTER I've bought the car. I can't recommend this dealership and it's people enough. Shout out to Mike Barnes whop sold me the car and the entire service department. The above as a canned message but it so represents my feelings that I decided to leave it and add my own. The customer service attitude of everyone here was so fantastic, and Mike Barnes so easy to deal with, that this is my dealership for as long as I live in Iowa.

Trent Lamb was so great to work with! I felt like he really listened to our wants and needs and found us a car within our budget. He was patient and we felt zero pressure while making our decision. We both wish we would have started at Dave Wright first. Look for the guy with the bright red hair!

Very helpful and did the all points check-up which show 2 things to be cared for; after talking to me I okay have the work done. 2 hours things were done and I was on my way on a very busy day when I was not sure if the work would get done at all. Always have had good service and friendly people. Tim Honn was to service advisor & most kind & helpful.
