Nothing short of amazing! Everyone here is very polite and nice and Jerry is extremely professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for someone to check their ears out regarding hearing loss or tinnitus issues. The previous star ratings on google do not lie and this establishment absolutely deserves all 5 of them.

As a lifetime user of hearing aids, I've had the great pleasure of many visits to eyes, ears, nose specialists and audiologists over the last 25+ years. During this journey of switching between many audiologists, I was fortunate to enough to meet Jerry Laufman and have followed him ever since around the Niagara Region. Jerry is always opened minded, understanding, thoughtful, excellent at explaining complex issues and has your best interest in mind. Jerry has taken his own personal time to assist me through issues when no other audiologist or doctor would. When deciding your audiologist, keep in mind, your token to better hearing is not based on the hearing aids itself but resides in your relationship with your audiologist; hence why I highly recommend Jerry Laufman as your new audiologist.

Had an amazing appointment at Lincoln Hearing Clinic in Beamsville with Jerry, my mom liked the fact that Jerry took his time to evaluate her. Lorraine was so kind and friendly to her. Would truly highly recommend you check out Lincoln Hearing Clinic. lly

Jerry Lauman is very professional. Zeroed in on my problem very quickly. With hearing aids I am now able to enjoy conversations, music and meetings. His staff (Lorraine), has been most helpful with some early "getting used to the aids". Heartily recommend Jerry for your hearing problems.
