I started going here in 2010 and I can honestly say this us one of the best family doctor office I have been with over the year's. When Dr.Jeffery came along I was so blessed to have her take me as a patient because my old gp had left. She saved my life. Now having her support to getting better and excepting me as me. The whole staff are friendly, listen well and have given me the best medical care I could ask for. I'm so thankful to all the staff here. Also remember people they are all human and can have bad day's and the staff put up with a lot of rude and untitled people. which Ive seen first hand going there for iver 10 year's. So have some compassion too
I love my doctor and the staff.. but in order to get a hold of them you must call 15 times and wait on hold for hours. But every-time I’m in the office I see people ignoring the phones. That’s my only complaint but it’s so frustrating!
Honest to god this place is awful. Don’t try to book a vaccine for your kids, they book you out by three months.
Dr. Jeffery is AMAZING!!!! She's been my doc for 2 1/2 years now and I tell everyone about her! After being gaslit by my old 80yo doc and literally needing to defend every pain and feeling I had to him, I left and magically Dr. Jeffery had just started at this clinic and was taking new patients... its been LIFE CHANGING ever since. It's almost TV grade medical attention in that she remembers you, even after one visit, and actually cares and listens!!! I have had a lot of issues over the last couple of years and shes referred me to a few different places/specialists but all have been a great compliment to her she always asks about them after to make sure all is good. I'm just sooo grateful to have someone like her in my corner. I'm finally seeing results and progress with things which is a lot seeing as the last 18 months has been crazy due to covid but I actually feel like there's a team of people behind me rooting for me to get better... Just wish we could clone her so that everyone could have a doctor like her :

Reception is courteous and friendly, but if you want to see a doctor, be prepared to wait weeks! Currently booking close to a month in advance. Patientls care is certainly not a priority here. Looks like we need to source out a walk-in in the meantime
Very poor reception. They will not help you and will not send prescriptions through to your pharmacy went in in person 3 times to get it. Love my doctor but will switch because of this
Been going here for many years now since 2003. Dr. Laverdiere has been great. She has seen me/us through some difficult health issues! Thanks! Staff are great as well and Covid19 precautions have been handled appropriately!
We’ve never been more confidant, felt more safe with our healthcare than we do with the Lincoln Medical Clinic. To a person, their care is professional, pro-active, leading edge, and compassionate. We trust them and they are kind. That matters. Highly recommend them.
I've been having issues for a few years now. Herniated tears in my spine, birth defects in my hips, and nerve damage in my legs. It's been a rough road but Dr Aliu has been there for me and has been helping me along trying to find what medication work for me everyone's different and which specialists and sergeants to see. I'm going to be 33 soon and since my age and having multiple issues makes it harder for a sergeant to determine what will help, Dr Aliu has been there for me every step of the way. Thank you Dr Aliu and everyone at the office for your support.
