First appointment canceled because the tech was sick... understandable. Went for my rescheduled appointment today and the tech I had came off really rude and made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Said she couldn't find the lump I was there to get looked at, refused to look at photos on my phone when I was trying to help her locate it on my back. I recommend going somewhere else if you need an ultrasound for any reason.
I've been here a couple of times and never had any complaints. Friendly staff and very prompt service. I went last week for an x-ray. No appointment required and I was in and out in 4 minutes!! That's four. Not forty. And my doctor got the results the next day. I will always go back if required.
First made an appointment for the 25th and they told me I don't have one but we can make an appointment for this Saturday which we thought was weird and yes it was weird cuz nobody was there obviously.. Twice we have had an appointment that they made and we show up and there legit closed this isn't right
Came here 5:15. Door locked. On door says open until 6. No one answering calls. On another website says open til 9. Great to hobble to a place with a broken leg and find no one there!!!
Great staff!! Easy and super fast. I came in as a walk in for an X-ray and I was in and out in 20 minutes. They are Heber staffed at the front desk but they were managing it pretty well.
I've called 3 times and I hear the receptionist pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. Can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. God forbid I miss a call. So unbelievably frustrating when I know time is of the essence when making an appointment.

So glad I was sent here by my GP. Everyone was friendly and I was taken care of in a prompt manner. The ultrasound technician is WONDERFUL!!
I was extremely impressed with the staff and my overall experience. I needed an ultrasound and an x-ray on my hand. My appointment was for 1:20. I got there around 1:05 and only waited about 2 minutes. Both the x-ray technician and the ultrasound technician were extremely friendly and professional. I was done and out at 1:19. Would definitely recommend this location.
I have gone to this location 2 time for my pregnancy ultrasounds. I found the staff to be friendly and was booked in in a timely manner. They screened me for covid symptoms which made me feel safe. after my first ultrasound I realized I did not get any photo but they did allow me to take a picture on my phone. As this is my first ultrasound, I called in advance to see if the do print outs this was important to me since I could not bring my partner they advised me they did not but can put the photos on a disc for me. when I arrived, they allowed me to take a picture but did not give me a disc. I said I had requested one before I arrived and the technician told me to tell the receptionist to stop telling clients that they do that. I left extremely disappointed and needles to say, I will not be back.
