I had a wonderful experience with Excelsior Nails & Day Spa. I’ve been coming here for manicures and pedicures, but most recently for a massage. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. Terri was fantastic. She genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a massage. She is passionate about what she does and I feel great after spending an hour with her. I am looking forward to booking with her again as I feel like a whole new woman! They offer a great line of products, too! I purchased one for my muscles that came recommended by Terri and I will be back to check out the skin care line!

Had my eyelashes done here 3 times and every time the price that was quoted was different. The first time I had a full set, I asked how much for a refill and they said they did not give quotes because it completely depends how long the service takes. The 2nd time, I went for a refill 2.5 weeks later, I was charged $85; I asked if the price would be different if I did my next appointment 2 weeks out vs. 3 weeks.... I was told it was $85 regardless of either time frame. When I came back after another 3 weeks, I was told it was $105 because I refilled 3 weeks out.  I was happy with the service but this feels very dishonest. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I worked with Lisa and she is Wonderful!!! She did my facial. Mani and pedi and was very kind and professional. Plus her skin is beautiful so she have me good tips. I only gave 4 stars because I'm not sure how long my gel nails will last due to all the other reviews but in terms of service and the goal to relax this location is DEF met recommended :)

Had a facial and Brazilian yesterday. Facial was quick and nothing special. HOWEVER, the Brazilian was by far the worst I have ever received. It hurt more than it ever has & I'm not new to this service. She acted like she had somewhere else she had to be and rushed the whole thing. She would move skin, apply wax, and then let go to grab a strip which caused skin to adhere to skin. I honestly do not think she looked at what she was doing. I had an ice pack between my legs all evening. Once I was able to look at the work this morning (i.e. once the swelling had gone down & bleeding stopped) about 1/4 of the job was not done. To put it bluntly, there is still a sizable portion of hair left. I went back to the salon today to speak with a manager & was told by the receptionist that a manager will call me sometime this week. I asked if anyone wanted to look at things before I went & had things fixed and she was completely lost at this question. I then asked if she wanted me to write out my complaint & she informed me that was unnecessary since she would write it out later today when she had time. She never asked me specifics or what I had a complaint about. The receptionist also informed me that "if you never want to come back again for any service, I totally understand". I hope to hear from a manager soon & hope I'm able to report something good.

I will NEVER go here again. The person doing my nails wouldn't make them shorter because they said it would look stupid. The acrylic stuff they put on your nails hurts SO BAD when they put it under the little lamp. Didn't even last two weeks before they started chipping. One nail cracked and would not fix no matter what.  Then nails started cracking and getting ripped off. Now that would be fine IF IT DIDN'T TAKE HALF MY FINGER NAIL WITH IT WHEN IT BROKE OFF. I am in extreme pain after my pointer finger nail broke off and ripped half my nail with it. Not to mention the other day the acrylic slid off of the fake nail that they glued to my hand! Please for the love of everything do not go here
