DO NOT do business with this place. From employee to management have zero flying f given about you, no moral or work ethics. I got road raged by their van with license plate P29 • 760 driven by this old hippie Caucasian looking female operator, boy did my Dual cams just paid for themselves the day. She was cutting lanes at a speed of 60 mph at city road marked at speed limit of 30, with no hands on steering wheels since she was flipping them double middle fingers in the air. Long story short she needs her shopping done with her company van at this shopping center, she then jumped out of her van like a d0g with rab1es and started screaming and yelling “f” “b” “c” words on literally every foul sentences she screamed. The gentleman inside of a white Honda Civic who has been behind us this whole time have also parked his car right behind us and came out of his car and started to record this scene on his phone, hideous hippie showed no remorse whatsoever and continuously verbally assaulting me. She stick her head inside of my window from my passenger side door I told her I have cameras and she is on them both she yelled " I don't give a fk ". I told her to stay away from my car or I am gonna have to call 911 and again she said I don’t give a fk you c*t. YOU DONT EVEN GIVE A FK about 911?Done and done! I then proceeded dialing 911 and as soon as it went through with the police she backed off from my window and quickly hooped back inside of her company van and took off like a d0g with ra bies saw animal control approaching. I saved the footage and voice record right away on my computer and called the management three times. The lady who picked up was beyond nasty “why do you keep calling OMG you are crazy" proceeded hanged up. Said Jeff the man in charge would call back in 30 mins. Never happened. Called back again left a message, of course never get a call back. Called again the next morning went straight to voice mail. Next time if you decided to road rage somebody, 1) make sure you don’t drive your company van with the big “LIFE CARE CENTER, stoneham” decal on it 2) make real sure other cars you trolling on has no back camera. 3)don’t expect ALL people remain silent. SOMEONE WOULD PRESS CHARGES eventually. This woman presumably been doing this for a good ole time you can just tell by the way how aggressive she drives and she pressing hook for a good 40 seconds nonstopping that I have to turn off my radio to make sure it wasn’t part of the music. 4)don’t flip double hands in the air when you are driving 60 miles in the city because you could run over someone(not that hideous hippie or her employer gives a f ). on a side note someone could tap their brakes and you are going down if they were as shi t ty of a person as you old hippie. 5) DO not leave on 911 you should stay at least proven the world that you have the right way 6) hope you road range somebody who has a gun in his car that would do the world a favor. BE AWARE of this place. PLEASE take your loved ones ELSEWHERE instead of here, unless YOU HATE YOUR MOTHER. This place should be out of business FOR GOOD.

they should be ashamed at how the staff not only treats patients but also treats family members. this is my first experience with having a family member at the facility. i understand only too well that some patients can be difficult but the staff should be trained at being communicative and compassionate. it truly feels like none of them want to be there or do their job. none of them do the right thing. none of them even engage in pleasant conversation even when the family initiates it. no one shows any sign of compassion or assistance with family dealing with what their loved ones are going through.

This place is a joke. Do not send your elderly relatives here. I have been a resident here for some time now, and their treatment of their clients is deplorable. The food is garbage, and the staff are lazy and rude. You are better off someplace else.

Our aunt is in Life Care in Stoneham and I think the staff is incompetent and incapable. All the people there, from the administrators to the medical staff, DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE. Please do not put any of your family members in this place, unless you are available to advocate for them 24/7.
