Dr. Raby was scheduled to perform a cardiac cath on me at Boston Medical Center. Instead he had doctors try it that I did not know. The doctor tried going through my right arm first but it didn't work. It hurt terribly and I told him to stop!!! I didn't want it done. The next thing I know a doctor I never saw was telling me it was all done. He went up my femoral artery. The following week I was at MWH with Staph and Klebsiela in my artery. My artery burst open due to infection, I woke up covered in my own blood. I needed emergency surgery. I almost died. The same day my right leg lost sensation. Back to the OR..the surgeon was able to save my leg..The following week I started to bleed out again. When I was stable I went to another hospital. I spent two months in hospitals trying to recover. I definitely would NEVER recommend Dr. Raby to anyone that values living. That experience affects me to this day.
