I paid about 50 dollars for a plain black hat with 4 letters on it. Letters were completely crooked. They said its company policy to not fix that problem. Customer service would not even respond. Don't waste your hard earned money here, be smart and order online.

Ordered a hat and they said it would be at my house in 7-10 business days. Told them I was going away, the lady said it would be here no later than 10 business days. 2 days later hasn't left the warehouse. Called to ask why it hasn't left, they said it was still processing and that it isn't 7-10 but 9-12 business days. Never ordering from them again
