They are running a decent sale for buy 1 get 2nd for 50% off. The worker was friendly and did not bother you like other stores when you walk in with fake smiles. Wish they have more selections but the deal is good and you should take advantage. Nice experience and good store.

Bought a hat with design stitches. An hour later when we came back to pick up the hat, the machine was broken and I was told to pick it up a week later. A week later the machine was still broken. 3 weeks later I came the machine was fixed but the hat was not done. I still have to wait for 15 mins to get it done. The design I picked up was gone. I returned it with anger. Worst experience

Don't know much about hats. Aadil was a tremendous help and he was a super nice guy as well, made my experience at the store great and I bought 2 hats

Have bought some hats here in the past. Lots of cool selections and helpful staff. Just a bit overpriced but then again everythings overpriced nowadays.......

They have a good selection of stuff but as others have mentioned the customer service is horrific. There are better places out there, use them it will save you money and hassle in the long run. Look at the online reviews! How a business can operate like this in today's age is unbelievable.

Staff was helpful but not much variety

The guy working there was a great help. I was looking for a cap for my daughters bday, and he helped answer my questions..did a great job of stitching the extras on as well!

The manager and his team provide friendly service and are always wonderful to deal with when shopping for a hat or creating a hat design.
