Been very happy going there till they made a mistake at the counter and later on asked me to pay the fine not bring back the book I borrowed. I have found it very insulting! I renewed the book second time and she claimed that I did not. she did not do her job correctly so I must pay a fine I never had a problem to pay behalf of my son when he was late returning his books and took a full responsibility of that. teaching my son what is wrong and right/taking money from his piggy bag paying to the library But I don't like to be accused of something I did not do. I am a very honest person. claiming that I am a liar was too much/never went back
