Staff was nice to me. I think they need more English books Also I wish some people would clean up after they leave there are a lot of high school kids here so they tend to leave their mess behind. Overall a nice space to come, a little bright so for me computer is hard to see but if you want a lovely bright space this is it! Just an update- came with my two year old. Staff gave us the stinky eye. Well all I have to say to people who think kids should be quiet is, remove all the books for under 5 years old if you don’t want kids coming. Otherwise expect in a PUBLIC library kids that visit will make noise. Especially when they don’t understand how to speak so they do not understand what level of vocal is normal.
After years of closure for renovation, this library has finally reopened to the public. Its fresh and modern design includes a new building that offers abundant natural sunlight, ample seating space, computer desks, group study rooms, individual study rooms, a cafe, numerous washrooms, and more. We hope that the cleanliness will be maintained in the future.
This is by far one of the most bright, spacious, beautiful and cozy libraries I have ever been too!!! I love the design, the various seating options and always friendly staff working here!!! It’s a must see happy space for my son and I to visit
New library, which moved from CSLC Lasalle into this massive world class structure. It has multiple floors with well segmented and listed shelves.nnThe place is serene for study and there are comfortable toilets as well for family and singles.nnThe staff are very friendly and would communicate amicable with Francàis ou anglais, whichever you choose.nnThe parking lot is good enough, however construction is still ongoing.nnGreat place to be
I love bringing my son here. They have a good selection of both French and English books. There is a cafe and a sitting area, the kids books are downstairs and the adult books are upstairs. There is both elevators and stairs so the whole library is wheelchair accessible.
