The Montreal West Children's library has been an active part of our community for over 20 years.
We believe that:
The love of reading will broaden our childrens' horizons and enrich their lives. We foster educational and recreational reading through our excellent collection of books, complimented by other print and multimedia materials. Through our resources and our enrichment programs we encourage literacy for the children of our community.
To this end, we offer a large, bilingual collection, the majority of which may be borrowed by members. Our reference collection is available for in-house use.
We offer a variety of programs, for children from infancy to elementary school age as well as special events designed to make the library an integral part of our young readers' lives.
