Great service, my tax consultant Jay, instantly put me at ease when I first met with him 6 months ago being new in the city. Jay took my information totally confident as he reviewed my documents and asked questions. He gave me a appointment to pick up my completed income tax forms and said would he keep in touch should he require any further information. Every once in a while I drop by the office to say a quick hi and take him a Tim Hortons just so he doesn't forget about my messier file this year, though he shrugs his shoulders when I tease him about the work lol. I am confident in Liberty Taxes' ability to do the right job the first time. Thanks staff and owners.
