The facility that they were host to a funeral service Life Changing Walk of Faith...it was clean and more up to date than I expected. Arrangements were confirmed for someone to be at the facility so that we could set up and prep some things. We'll, after waiting in the parking lot for nearly 45 mins, several calls later to Andrews, we told to 'sit tight'. We'll more than an hour later, the church Ushers arrived and rushed us along. They were still tidying up 30-45 mins AFTER when the service was to start. I completely blame the funeral service reps as a day like this, all concerns are supposed to be handled.

This is the worst Funeral Home ever I bury my mother 8 months ago and they haven't put the headstone up yet They lied to me on four separate occasions I was hoping my mother's headstone will be up by Mother's Day but I was sadly disappointed The overall service was extremely terrible I had to file a police report today might have to handle it in Civil court If you value your loved one take them to Gus Thornhill Funeral home in East Point. Using Andrew was the biggest mistake we made in our life

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible services. The services started 15 minutes early several attendees missed the very beginning. The viewing was so early people were unable to view working hours due to the time 1-5. They need help in all areas. If you really care about your love one please don't recommend.

R W Andrews did an exceptional job with my brother. They are a very professional and loving Mortuary. I love each of them for the love and care they displayed and assisted us with putting our loved one to rest. Thank you so much.

I would like to say that Andrews Mortuary is one of the best Funeral Homes if not the best when it come down to working with families that are in need. The funeral home is a very professional environment. The funeral home strive to please their families in every way that they can, and if it can not be done at Andrews Mortuary, then it can't be done NOWHERE! Allow the staff at Andrews Mortuary to serve you with professional, yet a friendly personality. Try Andrews and you want go WRONG!

WORST FUNERAL HOME EVER !!!!! First of all the directors are very unprofessional and unorganized and incompetent. They didn’t have the urn the day before the funeral or the day OF the funeral. I had to print my own picture out for the service of my love on which should be handled by the directors The smell of the funeral home is very very very unsanitary ! One of the directors folded under pressure like she could not handle the situation at hand VERY UNPROFESSIONAL One of the directors came up to me personally AFTER the funeral and advised me that “she did not need the urn that was purchased by one of the family members in the family and that they found a urn and the family can take their urn back that they purchased.The dates were wrong on the obituary and the age was wrong as well.The lady at the funeral home is really ghetto and unprofessional and she cannot take constructive criticism at all. Please shut this funeral home down as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being a customer for the first time, I didn't know what to expect, but upon meeting Mrs. D. Andrews I immediately felt relaxed. And when you need a funeral home that is very, very, important. So all I can say is..... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND MOST OF .......THANKS AND THANKS AGAIN.

This funeral home has a wonderful staff and they go out their way to make sure that you have a good experience. Their goal is to please the family. May god bless them and the families they serve.

This Is The Worst Possible Place To Take A Loved One. There Were So many Things Wrong Here. The Smell Of Rotten Flesh lingered throughout the service and left me feeling nauseous days after. The viewing of my love one was horrific and no one should have to experience what my family and I experienced.

April 13 2019 W/ the hall family ,we were alot to handle and not ready for our loved one of 25 yrs of age with a bright future to leave us , so this was beyond difficult to take in & digest, suffice to say ,long story short, the people there from the boss to the young men who were helping us ,were beyond caring and understanding, and I understand everyone has different experiences and are entitled to their opinions I'm simply sharing mines and the large group of our family and friends who as I stated where met by very understanding staff , to be honest I thought they knew our beloved NANNY ,who passed.. but I hope this review helps and guides many who are going through the same and people to come. -montana
