H&R Block

Person was obliviously to lazy/didn't want to do my tax return they were open i normally never have a problem untill this person iv always done walk in's never needed an appointment before but i apparently do now for someone to sit on there ass more? Get a better employee this was a sad experience

Took well over 2 hours as our person didn't seemed to know what they were doing and was getting confrontational with CRA when she called them because of her mistake. Charged over $280.00 for a tiny return after estimating a 190$ cost. Applied a huge fee for foreign investing due to $18.00 that's in my retirement mutual fund, so applied a fee over 4 times what my capital gain were so it's not just the establishment but H&R Block as a whole. Never going back to ANY H&R Block!
