Les Schwab Tire Center

I will not be returning to this les schwab. I have had multiple bad experiences here. Last year they replaced my battery and didn't connect the hose back to the air cleaner allowing dirt into my engine. They broke a wire off the battery cable causing it to not charge, needing further repair. More recently I called to make an appointment for an alignment for the following day, they said not to and to just bring my car in. I showed up the next morning and they said alignments were by appointment only and they couldn't get me in. So I scheduled an appointment the following day. I went to pick my car up from my appointment and they told me they were unable to complete the alignment due to my right front strut being bent. Coincidentally my left front tire fell off while driving down the highway the next morning damaging the wheel, fender and hub. I called them immediately and they said they aren't responsible. I have always had great service with Les Schwab but will not be returning to this location.

I came home to a flat tire on my truck that was parked on my very steep driveway. I was afraid the jack would tip over if I tried to change the tire myself and it was time for all 4 to be replaced. Les Schwab came out and got the tire swapped out with the spare, took it to the shop, mount and balanced all then aligned them. They came and picked me up, took me to their shop so I could pay the bill and drive my truck home. Best service ever.

Jason was extremely helpful and understanding of how stressful it is to travel and experience tire trouble. Got me squared away pretty quickly and provided excellent customer service.

I did a pre-trip safety inspection with this location and they were awesome! They were very friendly, quick and efficient and took the time to fully explain things to me and answer all my questions there were a lot. I feel like they went above and beyond and I really appreciated how nice everyone there was even the people who weren’t working directly with me! They provided a quote for the work that needed done and made sure I understood what was on it. They even helped me find some where to change my oil since they don’t provide that service at this location. I had a great experience here and feel confident they will take good care of my car.

I made an appointment with this location. I got there 5 minutes before the time and checked in. There was no one in front of me to get an alignment, which is what the appointment was for. 40 minutes later, my car was still in the exact same parking spot, no movement, no one looking at it. I had to leave for another appointment in the next 45 minutes, knowing that my car still had not been seen I took my keys and left. When I asked them what the issue was and why my car was not even looked at, the guy said, I have no idea why. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor that time or even communicate with your customer? Do not go to this Les Schwab store, there are plenty others out there that you can take your business to.
