Les Schwab Tire Center

Went in for alignment on 7/6. Alignment was not fixed and car veered worse after. Went back in for alignment to be fixed, alignment was not fixed. Went back again the same day, alignment was once again not fixed. My rear right tire has noticeably off camber, why is this so hard?

They're good to go to for tires, but that's about it. They have misdiagnosed my car multiple times now; last year, they said my back shocks were out. Took it to the dealership, they were not out. They said this past weekend that my front brake calipers were out, and the dealership said they were fine. You would usually expect it to be the other way around.

The staff at the Pullman location were extremely friendly, pleasant, professional, and they gave me a sense of trust. The work I had done on both visits was excellent. They also completed the work both times in a very timely matter. They took the time to explain everything i a way I understood completely. I highly recommend this location to everyone who may ask.

Went in with a nearly fkat tire. They diagnosedsidewall penetration and they are warranty replacing the tire. In the meantime, they got me back on the road in under 30 minutes with a smile. I'm hoping the replacement goes as well.

I was very pleased with the service i received at our local Les Schwab dealer this week, purchasing the first set of new tires for my 2023 Subaru Forester. Staff was quick to get the process started, I had made my appointment the previous week; I didn't wait at the store, my wife picked me up and came back later that afternoon once I got a call just over an hour later that the installation was complete. One note; the label inside the front driver's side door says recommended tire pressure was 33 PSI rear and 35 PSI front, my tire monitoring system showed 39 PSI on all four tires later in the day when I checked it. I'll contact Les Schwab tomorrow and inquire about that issue. I do notice a quieter and smoother ride with the 70,000 mile warrantied Road Control 3 All Season tire; I think it's going to be a good fit down the road. :
