They were very busy but fit me in surprisingly quickly! They activated a sim card, had it in my phone, and let me out the door in under five minutes. Very good service.

This specific branch do their best to STEAL your money, like literally they don't give you the needed information and you'll end up with so much hidden fees or be stock with something more expensive. Also, all accessories they offer, you can find them 10 times cheaper online. ATT in general has one of the worst customer services ever. You can call them and it may take 20 minutes and no agent has even picked up the phone. Will switch in the first chance I get!

I went in to unlock my phone with specific instructions from an online support help. They refused to help or even to look into it.

sucky sales associates. when in to try to get a prepaid phone and no one would come and talk to me so i left. i would never get a phone from that store even if my life depended on it.

I went into this store on Tuesday so that I could try and switch to a newer samsung phone that I had bought second hand. We were greeted with a smile and prompt service by a gentlmen named Ricardo and he was not only extremely friendly, but professional and obviously knowledgable on the subject at hand. He tried (and succeeded!) for over an HOUR to fix my problem(s), knowing darn well that i would not be buying a new phone/ contract while i was there. Outstanding 5 out of 5 service all the way through from a friendly, knowledgable staff!
