Les Schwab Tire Center

Josh and Kyle really helped me when my car broke down in Burns last Thursday. It was very nearly 6 p.m. closing time and they were helpful with installing a new battery and checking to see if the alternator was draining my battery. They had me back on the road within a 1/2 hour and gave me some good advice on how to manage my safe return to my home base. I appreciate the attention, good advice, and concern they showed for my well being while on a road trip by myself.

Mike was AWESOME! We had our oil changed earlier in the day in Boise and the company had not correctly installed the oil filter. Our oil exploded out of our car about 3 miles before Burns and Mike had us out the door and back on our way very quickly. Kudos Les Schwab!!

We were returning to Boise pulling our 5th wheel when we discovered we had a leak in one of the tires on our truck. We were lucky enough to pull into Les Schwab and were greeted by Eric. He quickly found the problem and got us back on the road again. Best part is that because our tires were purchased from Les Schwab originally, we weren't charged a cent! We appreciate Les Schwab and Eric's customer service. Thanks again, Eric...keep up the good work!

I stopped at this store on Aug. 9th to have my Motorhome s front end checked. They refused to take my left front wheel off and check things out. As a result we left Burns OR. to travel 100 miles east to get to my mechanic in Ontario OR. We lost our front left wheel 20 miles down the road. breaking the bearing and almost went off the side of the road. We were stranded for 4 hrs before a wrecker towed me to Ontario OR. THAT'S MY Les Schwab STORY. NO HELP. SHAME ON YOU. World class service? ? Were we you when I needed helo. We could have put it in the ditch.

Really disappointed. Yesterday down at the alvord desert I had a big blowout. Luckily spmeone stopped so i could have a second jack to get my donut tire on and get moving. I asked where the closest tire shop was and they said les schwab, and that theyre closed but there should be a number to call for emergency on sunday, so i felt relieved i only needed to drive 150 miles on the spare, still too long. But whatever. So i stopped in fields on my way out to top off the gas, and talled to two more people that said there will be a number to call. Feeling more and more thankful at this point, i always remember being les schwabs comercials how they will come in on their day off to help out. so i drive for a little over 2 1/2 hours with this little donut. I got to this les schwab, and nothing, i walked around the building looking for a phone number, none, i even talked to a few random people in town, they all said you should have had the number up. I wanted a whole new set of tires. But was forced to burn up my diff and drive for 7 hours home... REALLY disappointed, never going to les schwab again. :( Update, After getting home now I am hearing noise from my rear diff. And the car is going REALLY slow. Thanks guys, top notch service.
