Les Schwab Tire Center

We had a great experience with this Les Schwab. An employee, Garrett, encountered us as we were changing our tire in Frenchglen. He checked our lug nuts, the air in our other tires, and was so so helpful! When we arrived at the facility it was clean, helpful, and everyone was really kind. Exactly what we needed!nnThank you, Garrett!

We had a full flat tire and a partial flat in Frenchglen, and as we were putting on the spare, Garrett was driving by and stopped to help us. He was incredibly kind and helpful!! We made it to Burns to the Les Schwab location and everyone was very helpful. Garrett worked on my car, and he was great! He quickly patched up my tires and was very kind! Highly recommend this location!

My truck was serviced today by Brian Heaney In the service department. He did an outstanding job quickly and accurately returning my vehicle to me as soon as possible. During my visit in the store I talking to the talked to Chelsea obviously the lady in charge regarding my truck and she had several great things to say about batteries and tires. I returned later in the afternoon to have them my tires rotated as they’ve been on for a few miles. This was accomplished by young man named Garrett and his ragged friend, wearing a shirt with the wrong name, “Sean” He told me his real name because I’m an old person I forgot, but the two of them got it done quickly to the satisfaction of even the harshest eye Garrett Sr. Who should have been a poker player with his straight forward face because I don’t know if I said the right thing or the wrong thing.

Had problems with wheel bearings - that CamperWorld messed up - on my 45' 5th wheel - pulled into Les Swaab in Burns, OR and - Garrett - was wonderful in helping me. Very thankful that there are people like him and like Les Schwab out there to help - I am a 78 year old gal - recently widowed - and really needed the help!!!

These folks do great work and provide excellent customer service. Unlike the John Day Les Schwabs. John Day Schwabs sucks. The difference is worth the drive if you live in Mt. Vernon, John Day or Prarie City.
