I think that there's enough demand to possibly entertain the idea of safeway delivery. Just putting that out there. And where's the sushi? understandable not in-house I've not seen pre-made or even frozen:blahch if the only option. Its at the ending of managers description of the services provided at store.
I think its ridiculous for customers to have to call an 800 number to cancel an online order. No other online shopping systems do that at others stores but here. Super stressful and probably wont use online ordering as much anymore here due the hassle a customer has to go thru to cancel ur online order. Its insane to go thru that much for something the online dept should be able to do in the click of a button like other stores.
I like the store, has a good variety of groceries but the prices are too high.
I love Safeway. The checkers there are so nice. The food is fresh and the store is clean. But really makes it great are the people who work there.
First time using redemption machines in front of the store. Was only one for few minutes. These have little to do with safeway I'm sure. They are tedious and hoppers are sticky to be expected not everyone rinses out their beverages. First time like I said general conversation until another employee starts in on the hassle and told another employee the date that they will no longer accept after 8 pm. Also implemented that helps courtesy. The reason behind this measure was for small business and at risk retailers to insure safety during closing hours. I respect the fact that you can save money sending someone home earlier. Knowing what a hassle hand counts are this rule is optional to prevent criminal activity and loitering in more populated areas. I don't hang out there and try to make it out as quickly as possible so doesn't effect me. But general consensus was yea we don't like dealing with customers that recycle even if making a purchase. Save the opinions for break or off time not I front of your customers especially local regulars.
